## Scope and presence

70 existing shared collections, 397 fields, 6,333,963 active shared documents; 81,770 projects and 1,233,712 project items. Tenant/user overlays and soft-deleted rows were excluded; archived policy was not validated.

Projects: 74,846 with a sources array; 81,469 with a nonblank parseable bid date (99.6%); 28,036 with files (34.3%); 25,836 with items (31.6%); 3,167 with known subs. These are presence counts, not eligibility-adjusted completeness or accuracy rates.

Quantities are exact stored text, not numeric-equivalence matches. 16 groups have no single Unit edge; review their missing or multi-unit context separately.

**item context matches:** Same content plus exact stored unit price, Material/Contractor/Pay Estimate relation target sets and sorted document sources array hash. The one returned pair has an empty sources array; it is not evidence-backed confirmation of duplication.

**repeated item codes:** Repeated nonblank normalized code within the same active shared project. Different names, quantities, sections or revisions may be legitimate.

**limits:** No fuzzy project-title matching, cross-source mirror reconciliation, semantic row comparison or deduplication across separate projects. No source files or source rows were reviewed. Current data changed since the original snapshot; no rates use the original population as a denominator for this follow-up.

**query cost:** Plans inspected; one broader context-enriched code scan exceeded the audit cancellation budget and was replaced by a simpler code census. Completed checks were read-only, with roughly 45-second audit-side cancellation limits on long item scans.

69,723 valid shared reverse File edges duplicate forward links across 17,009 projects and add no coverage. Recent changelog: 5,542,490 rows, 509,657 with run IDs (9.2%); seven IDs fail run namespace joins. File metadata is present on 134,617 of 175,311 files; only one has a nonblank SHA-256 and positive size.

Field eligibility and usable rates are unknown for all 397 fields. 65 fields with <5% presence are not automatically defective. 1,643,601 populated locations parse as Point, but this does not prove worksite accuracy. 121 of 129 enabled schedules have stale last-success observations, which cannot be called failures without cadence.
